Course Booking Procedure
To guarantee your place on an Auto Education training course, please register on our website at www.autoeducationacademy.com or email: training@autoeducationacademy.com. Our aim is to provide training locally where possible but is subject to the demand for an individual course. Full details of the locations and course dates are available on the website. On receipt of your booking we will confirm by email or site notification.
Pricing and Payment
If you have a trade account with Euro Car Parts / LKQ or Andrew Page Ltd, the course fee can be invoiced to your business. Credit / debit cards are accepted.
Course fees include tuition notes, use of relevant equipment, lunch and refreshments. All prices exclude VAT.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation policy is in effect. Please be aware that it is Auto Education prerogative to pass any cancellation charges onto the delegate.

• Less than 7 days’ 25% Charge
Cancellations may be subject to an Admin / Course Registration charge of £25.00
To postpone or cancel a course booking, please e-mail training@autoeducationacademy.com or cancel your seat online via your login on the LMS platform. We reserve the right to cancel courses, when appropriate or for circumstances beyond our control. It will be our policy to offer alternative dates in the first instance. Where delegates are unable to take up this offer, we will issue a full refund. No liability will be accepted for loss of earnings or expenses should a course be cancelled. Entry Qualifications and Prerequisite Knowledge
Candidates should refer to the individual course overviews to establish the pre-requisite requirements for each course. Attendance may be challenged on courses requiring specific qualifying conditions. Whilst it is advisable to follow the recommended path shown on the programme structure within this prospectus, individuals may choose to sit courses, providing that they have previous experience or the required Qualifications.
Course Examinations
Practical testing and questions range from multi-choice to specific answer types and are taken from the course content. These are used as a measure of the delegate’s knowledge and skills acquisition. A certificate will be issued to successful delegates achieving the required pass mark, which is variable dependent on Course. The examiner’s decision is final.
Those delegates who are unsuccessful may take one re-sit of the course examination by arrangement. This may be done on courses held regionally and may be subject to charge.
Re-Sit Procedure (MOT Testers/Managers/Level 3 Accreditation)

It is the responsibility of each delegate to inform our training administrator that you wish to take a re-sit. You must inform the training administrator of the following:
- The number and title of the course exam to be taken again
- We need this information at least 10 working days prior to the course date and venue of the re-sit
Course and Assessment Content
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, Auto Education Academy will use all reasonable endeavour to deliver courses in accordance with the descriptions laid out in this prospectus. However, we reserve the right to amend course and assessment content in line with technical and legislative requirements.
Personal incident and liability
Auto Education Academy cannot accept responsibility for loss of, or damage to, personal belongings of delegates. All contents published within Auto Education Academy remain the intellectual property right of Euro Car Parts Ltd. E & OE
Bronze, Silver, Gold Membership Packages:
Bronze £149.00, 10 Training days + 5 ELearning Courses @25% discount*
Silver £499.00, 10 Training days + 5 ELearning Courses @ 50% discount*
Gold £999.00, Unlimited Training days + 5 ELearning Courses *
*All training days and ELearning courses must be completed within 15 months of the initial sign up date.
All MOT Courses & Level 3 Accreditations are not included. Membership cannot be used in conjunction with Training Package or RAC Autofirst discounts. Membership is for named individuals only. Membership is for a minimum period of 12 months. Membership is not transferable. Membership is not upgrade-able to higher levels or refundable. Training days booked within the membership period cannot be carried, over unless membership is renewed. Membership cannot be used retrospectively. Access to the GEI Helpline is not included. Photo ID is required for all Membership candidates on attendance of courses. Auto Education Academy have the right to refuse access to course on the day without Photo ID proof. Training bookings can only be accepted with Account holders approval. Bronze, Silver & Gold membership discounts will apply to maximum of 5 ELearning Courses only.
